Shipping Availability

Vyelis currently ships exclusively within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping services.


Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment authorization and order verification.

Processing times may vary during periods of increased demand, holidays, operational reviews, severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Vyelis reserves the right to delay, refuse, cancel, or review any order at its sole discretion for fraud prevention, verification, compliance, or operational purposes.


Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping delivery estimates generally range between 3–7 business days depending on the destination, carrier operations, and regional delivery conditions.

Shipping and delivery timeframes provided on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Fulfillment operations, inventory handling, packaging, and shipment processing may be conducted through this authorized logistics facility.


Order Tracking

Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will generally receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are dependent on carrier scanning systems and may require additional time to appear after shipment processing.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Vyelis shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment can occur.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery operations are managed by the carrier.

Vyelis is not responsible for:

  • Carrier-related delivery delays

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Theft occurring after confirmed delivery

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Delivery exceptions outside of our control

Customers experiencing delivery issues are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly and may also contact our support team for assistance where applicable.


Split Shipments

In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability, packaging logistics, or fulfillment operations.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


Shipping Fees

Applicable shipping fees, if any, are displayed during checkout before payment authorization is completed.

Vyelis reserves the right to modify shipping rates, delivery methods, promotional shipping offers, or carrier selections at any time without prior notice.


Order Refusal & Risk Review
